Sales Tax is governed by the state. 

As MORI is an online company with no physical stores in any State (yet), MORI's transactions are governed by Economic nexus rules.

The Economic nexus ruling has created a connection between a State and a business that allows the State to require the business to register to collect and remit sales tax.

Each State has a different threshold, which, once met, means we have to collect Sales tax and remit this to the State.
