My E-gift card is not working?Updated a year ago

E-gift cards are store-specific. 

Therefore only a gift card in dollars can be used on US.babymori.com. Gift cards in euro are only available to use on EU.babymori.com and E-gift cards issued in pounds are valid on babymori.com. 

If you need to transfer the balance from one currency to another, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] or via live chat with the gift card number, the currency it’s currently in and which you would like to transfer to. 

E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase MORI's Sleep Club membership.
