If you’ve added a gift message to your order, we’ll make sure it reaches the recipient thoughtfully — though the process differs slightly from UK deliveries.

For US orders:

Gift messages are virtual, not printed.

You’ll be prompted to add your message either at checkout or when selecting the gift option.

Every package then includes a QR code and a MORI message code (like MORI12345) on the shipping label.

The recipient can scan or enter this code online to view the gift note securely
